Martin, Beyond Real Estate
From an early age, I’ve always been attracted to elegance and luxury, whether in fashion, interior design or gastronomy. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, I had the privilege of traveling from an early age. These experiences allowed me to discover places like Paris, Tokyo and Catania, each leaving an indelible imprint on my appreciation of beauty.
Interior design has always held a special place in my heart, as evidenced by my library of hundreds of books on the subject. I owe much of my knowledge to my close ties with some of the country’s most renowned designers, as well as to my cousin Daniel, a true artist and family reference for good taste and art history.
Outside my professional life, I am a proud godfather to Henri-William and Anna-Beatrice. Despite my busy schedule, family ties are central to my life, and I pledge to always be there for them.
A lover of good food, I find my happiness in renowned Montreal establishments such as L’Express, Le Muscadin or Da Emma. For me, these moments in the restaurant are an opportunity to relax, where I can answer urgent messages in a soothing setting, while enjoying a good meal.
Finally, the presence of my cats, Pompom and Colette, adds a touch of warmth to my daily routine. Their company is a real treasure, and their gentle purring is the perfect remedy for decompressing after a busy day.

Our story - Martin Rouleau
2024 will mark two important anniversaries for this real estate icon. Her 40th anniversary as a Designer and her 20th as a Real Estate Broker. Since starting her practice in 2004, Anne has achieved an impressive sales volume of over $600 MILLION. She holds numerous records, including having sold the most million-dollar properties in the greater Capitale Nationale region under any banner. In 2023, She also holds the absolute record for the most expensive house sold and the most expensive condo sold in the Capitale Nationale and Chaudière-Appalaches regions.
This success is based on three key principles that dictate her actions: Be true, professional and hard-working.
A key figure when it comes to real estate in Quebec City since 1984, she inspires and mentors many brokers, starting with her son Alexandre, who took up his post in 2015, and Aurélie, her daughter, who will begin her new career as a broker in 2023. Her highly specialized bodyguard also includes her son Antoine, who is in charge of DIGITAL MARKETING.
It’s hardly surprising when you read his track record of success. Her career began in interior design, where for 20 years she passed on her passion for a job well done, signing off on hundreds of renovation and construction projects. Starting out as a kitchen designer, she went on to work in real estate development, construction and residential and commercial project management. Her ability to listen, her sense of aesthetics and organization have earned her an unrivalled reputation and a loyal clientele.
